Ever since our t-shirts Kickstarter back in summer 2018, we’ve wanted to create more TCGS merch.
So when we started developing this site as a home for all our content, creating a place to sell merchandise and other items was always part of the plan.
So today we’re happy to announce the launch of our store!
It’s only a small selection right now, but we’re aiming to increase the variety of products in the store over the coming months.
To celebrate our store launch, all products are 10% off until Friday 20th September.
If you support us over at patreon.com/tcgs, you benefit from not only incredible exclusive content and early access to other stuff, but also exclusive discounts for the store.
So to say thank you for supporting us, patrons get an extra 5% discount on all items until Friday 20th September. Check out the post on Patreon for more information.
If you’ve got any questions about the store, what we’re selling, or if you find yourself with a problem, email us at store@thecomputergameshow.com and we’ll deal with your enquiry.
It’s taken a lot of work to get to this point, but this store being live isn’t the end; we’ll keep working to improve the store and increasing our range of products where possible.

It’s time for a huge announcement: TCGS is now on Patreon.
This is your chance to support the show and help us take our content to the next level.
So if you’ve ever enjoyed the pod, watched our streams and loved being part of this amazing community, consider supporting the show.
Visit patreon.com/tcgs to read more, see the tiers and find out what we’re offering in return.
So why Patreon?
We’re really excited about the opportunities that Patreon can bring. And with your support, we can look forward to producing more podcasts, videos, streams and all manner of content in the future.
We’ve got tons of ideas about where we want to take TCGS in the next few years, so if you’ve ever enjoyed our podcast, our Twitch streams or any of our content, this is your chance to support us and help us take the next step.
If you’ve decided to support us, thank you!
This is only the start.
We’re excited to see where this takes us.

After last year’s live show at EGX 2018, we’re back again this year!
This October, EGX returns to ExCeL London, and we’re going to be there too.
We’re on stage on Saturday 19th October from 3pm, and you just need standard day tickets to come and see the show. Word of warning though, tickets are selling fast, so get over to egx.net/egx to secure your ticket for the Saturday before they sell out.
After-Show Meet
Like all our previous live shows there will definitely be a meet up after the show. We’ll have more details about that closer to the time.
For more information, check out our Events page or hit us up on Twitter.
Welcome to The Computer Game Show.com, the new website for TCGS.
So why have we built a website? Well, there are two main reasons really.
Firstly, we’re always looking to do more.
In the past that’s meant launching Kickstarter campaigns for t-shirts, live shows at EGX and Rezzed, and plenty more besides.
It’s all very well tweeting about our new initiatives or projects, but we wanted one single place to house all that information.
We’re planning to announce more exciting things later this year, and this website is a key part of that.
Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, it’s because over recent months it’s become really apparent that not everyone is on social media.
We know a considerable proportion of our audience is heavily invested in social media – and that includes us four on the show (for better or worse) – but whether it’s conversations in our Discord channel or emails we’ve received, we can see that not everyone is frantically refreshing Twitter every second, and that’s why we’ve built this site.
We needed a place where everything lives and everyone can access. So whether you love Twitter or hate Facebook, this is for you. Something for everyone, basically. And there’s only so many times you can mention the plethora of social accounts we’ve got before you start to realise there must be a better option out there.
And here’s that better option.
This initial version of the website doesn’t do anything crazy, but it should do the basics well.
It’s where we’ll be posting new episodes (don’t worry, the pod will still be on every podcast service as it is today), our latest Twitch streams, announcements and news about the show, live shows we’re doing, and anything else important that could be lost on social.
Here’s what else the website allows you to do:
Not only does our new website allow you to stream and listen to every episode of TCGS within the browser, but when you play an episode, it’ll keep playing as you visit different pages throughout the site. And this feature works on mobile too.
Every upload to YouTube, including our Twitch streams, is available to watch from the Video section or homepage, so you won’t miss a thing.
Something else we’ve learned is that not everyone uses iTunes for their podcasts, so be sure to check the Subscribe option in the main navigation to find the show on whatever podcast service suits you and your listening habits.
All our upcoming live shows at EGX, Rezzed or elsewhere is now listed in our Events section, so check it out if you want to find what we’re up to next. We’re always looking to add more live shows to the list.
Use the About section to find out more about the show, find our various social links, contact us individually or contact the show using the form or via email.
And that’s it for now.
If you spot anything that looks wrong or doesn’t work as it should, please get in touch through the form on the About page or hit us up on Twitter.
Thanks!
Mat, Sean, James and David.
Following our tremendously successful live show at last year’s EGX Rezzed, we’re returning this year for another crack at a live podcast on stage.
We’re on stage in the Fringe Theatre on Saturday 6th April at 4pm, and the show will probably run until 17:30-18:00ish.
You just need a standard day ticket to come and see us, so head over to our Events page for more information, or visit http://egx.net/rezzed/tickets to purchase your tickets.
Just like last year, we’re having an official meet after the show, so whether you’ve made it to our live show or not, come down and have a drink and a chat with us on Saturday evening after the show.
We’re meeting at The Minories near Tower Bridge from 18:00 until late.
